Adam and The Embers will be playing dates around Scotland in the first two weeks of June, including a special launch gig for the new album, Brighter Still, at the CCA in Glasgow.

June 3rd – The Ceilidh Place, Ullapool
June 4th – Brew at the Bog Festival, Inverness
June 8th – The Blue Lamp, Aberdeen
June 9th – CCA, Glasgow (Brighter Still album launch)
June 10th – The Tolbooth, Stirling

Adam Holmes and The Embers highly anticipated new album, Brighter Still, will be released on Gogar Records on Friday the 10th of June. Featuring nine songs, it includes the new single People Come/People Go and special guest singer Eddi Reader. Exclusive signed CD copies are now available for pre-order here

Adam will be on tour in April and May throughout the UK as featured singer in John McCusker’s band and a list of all the twenty two dates are available from John’s website here

Adam was honoured to be asked by composer and member of Lau, Martin Green, to take part in his latest recording project, Flit, alongside Adrian Utley of Portishead, Becky Unthank and Dominic Aitchison of Mogwai and the album of this will be released on Reveal Records this summer with dates at the Edinburgh International Festival and a UK tour to follow in the Autumn.
